The Children's Guild, Inc., including the Upside Down Organization, our Transformation Education organization, (collectively, the “Guild”) is committed to protecting your privacy and developing technology that gives you the most powerful and safe online experience. This Statement of Privacy applies to the Guild web site and the web sites of Upside Down Organization and tranzed.org and governs data collection and usage by all such sites. By using the any of these websites, you consent to the data practices described in this statement.
Collection of your Personal Information
The Guild collects personally identifiable information, such as your e-mail address, name, home or work address or telephone number.
There is also information about your computer hardware and software that is automatically collected by the Guild. This information can include: your IP address, browser type, domain names, access times and referring Web site addresses. This information is used by the Guild for the operation of the service, to maintain quality of the service, and to provide general statistics regarding use of the Guild’s Web site.
In addition to personal contact information, we ask for billing information, such as your billing address and credit card number, when you make a donation or purchase a product. We use secure servers of authorized billing processors to gather and process your billing information, which are bound by our site policies. Your billing information is not shared with any other organizations, and your credit card number is not retained once your transaction has been authorized and processed.

The Guild collects and uses your personal information to operate the Guild’s Web site. The Guild also uses your personally identifiable information provide3d by you when making a donation to inform you of other products or services available from the Guild and its affiliates. The Guild may also contact you via surveys to conduct research about your opinion of current services or of potential new services that may be offered.
The Guild does not sell, rent or lease its customer lists to third parties. The Guild may, from time to time, contact you on behalf of the Guild and its affiliates about a particular offering that may be of interest to you.
