Dan has over a decade of experience teaching at the middle school level and   currently teaches at Fallston Middle School in Maryland. The opportunity to work with middle school students has driven him to learn more about the human brain and to answer the age old question, “Why do they act that way?”

Dan works with students in a variety of capacities. In addition to being a classroom teacher, Dan serves as co-director of a basketball camp for underprivileged youths in his local area. He is also the sponsor of the Fellowship of Christian Athletes club at his school.

Dan holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Social Studies from the State University of New York, College at Fredonia, where he earned his teaching credential. He obtained his Masters of Science in Educational Leadership and Maryland Administration I certificate from Towson University.

Dan is originally from Buffalo, New York but has firmly established roots in Maryland since starting his teaching career more than ten years ago. He has been married to his wife for over a decade and they have two young children ages 6 and 3.
