Frank is a career child advocate and a dynamic, award-winning speaker. Frank has authored 25 UDO workshops and presented to nearly 50,000 people to promote the use of Transformation Education tools that "Help Adults Help Kids."

After practicing social work with children and families for over a decade, Heather joined UDO as the Director of Training & Development on a full time basis in 2011. Heather's practical,  hands-on approach to each presentation has quickly resulted in her emerging as one of UDO's most popular presenters. In addition to co-writing several UDO workshops,  Heather manages the Certification Program and supervises UDO's certified trainers.

Diane brings to UDO over 20 years of marketing, communications, and graphic design experience in a variety of business settings. Her focus is managing the day-to-day marketing and production of each UDO product and service. Diane also coordinates all behind-the-scenes support and manages the publication of UDO's e-newsletter, BrainWaves.
