Created by Jan Rogers as a solution to her then 4 year-old daughter's natural curiosity about time, the Time Timer provides its users with an innovative visual tool to manage time. Ms. Rogers thought that if children could “see” time as a measurement and begin to understand its duration, they would develop the critical skill of "time orientation." This concept led to the design of the Time Timer with its patented red disk. As the time elapsed, the red disk would disappear, creating a graphic image of the passage of time.
